A physician who sees the whole picture
I bring together your symptoms, medical history, test results, and current treatment to understand what needs attention and how the pieces fit together. Obesity medicine and lifestyle medicine are core parts of my practice, alongside primary care, complex-case review, and independent second opinions. We agree on priorities and a practical plan, including local care when an examination or procedure is needed.
01
Obesity medicine
Medical treatment of overweight and obesity: a review of your weight history and related conditions, a practical nutrition and activity plan, and medication when indicated. Follow-up addresses treatment response, side effects, and maintaining weight loss.
02
Lifestyle medicine
Consultations about nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and habits that affect health. This can be the main reason for your visit, even if weight loss is not your goal. We choose changes that fit your medical needs and daily life.
03
Primary care & chronic conditions
Assessment of everyday medical concerns, prevention, and continuing care for suitable chronic conditions, including hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and cholesterol disorders. When needed, I explain what requires a local examination or testing.
04
Complex cases
A review of several conditions, persistent symptoms, or complicated treatment plans together. I bring records and recommendations into one assessment, identify priorities, and explain what still needs investigation or specialist care. When substantial initial analysis is needed, the Comprehensive Medical Review costs $500 for the first month, then $200 per month.
05
Independent second opinions
An independent review of a diagnosis or proposed treatment, including conflicting recommendations. We discuss the evidence, alternatives, and uncertainty. A second opinion may confirm your existing plan. A focused question can fit within standard care; an extensive initial review is agreed separately before payment.
06
Personal follow-up & coordination
Continuity with the same physician: review of results, treatment adjustments, updates to your written plan, and coordination with other clinicians when appropriate. Clinical messages receive a response within 24 hours; live visits are scheduled. Temporary unavailability is covered by the vacation and illness policy.
From a careful assessment to a written plan
Your first-month fee covers a consultation of up to 60 minutes, a written assessment and plan, and follow-up throughout the month. Standard care costs $200 for the first month; a Comprehensive Medical Review costs $500. The month begins when payment is made.
01
A consultation of up to 60 minutes
We discuss your concerns, review relevant records and medications, and identify the questions that matter most. Before payment, we agree whether standard care for $200 or a Comprehensive Medical Review for $500 is appropriate for your first month.
02
An evidence-informed written plan
I continually review medical research and clinical guidance relevant to your case. This analysis, together with your history, results, and our discussions, informs a written plan explaining the recommendations, priorities, and timing of reassessment.
03
Care throughout your first month
Work on your case begins with payment and continues throughout the month. We review new information, assess progress and results, adjust treatment when appropriate, and update your written plan. Messaging and medically appropriate, scheduled follow-up consultations are included, with no limit on their number; each consultation lasts up to 60 minutes. From month two, care renews automatically at $200 per month unless you cancel.
Your consultation and first month of care
Standard care: $200 for the first month. This includes an initial consultation of up to 60 minutes, a written assessment and care plan, and your first month of follow-up.
Comprehensive Medical Review: $500 for the first month. For situations requiring substantial initial analysis of medical records, interacting conditions, or conflicting recommendations. The total fee covers the agreed records review, a consultation of up to 60 minutes, a written assessment and plan, and continuous work on your case throughout the month: reviewing new information, updating the plan, messaging, and medically appropriate, scheduled follow-up consultations. Each consultation lasts up to 60 minutes; their number is not limited. The questions, records, and scope are agreed before payment and before the detailed review begins. There is no additional $200 charge for this first month.
Your first month begins when payment is made, including preparation before your appointment. From month two, either option renews automatically at $200 per month unless you cancel. Cancel at any time before your next renewal, with no cancellation fee. Follow-up care continues through the end of your paid period, subject to the applicable early termination and refund terms. If you only need the initial consultation and first month of care, simply cancel before your first renewal.
Medications, laboratory tests, imaging, and services from other providers are not included and are paid separately. Learn more about the Comprehensive Medical Review.
